Very good service. Our driver was waiting for us right outside the exit door with my name on a sign. After 16+ hours in the air it was wonderful to have such good service waiting for us.

Reliable, great communication, and easy to use

We were traveling as a group of 9, so it was easiest to book a larger shuttle than trying to coordinate 2 or 3 taxis/Grab vehicles. We used this company a total of 4 times in Singapore and every time they were on time, communicating with us via WhatsApp to verify all the details, quick to respond to any of our questions/concerns, and overall just the easiest to use shuttle service I’ve ever dealt with in any country. Highly recommend!

Airport to Hotel transfer Singapore

Rui tour company was very flexible..we asled for a 2 hour pickup after plane landed because we had 4 disabled passengers. The immigration and luggage check out went really smote and efficient that we were able to be ready 1 hr and 15 min later. Instead of waiting another 45 minutes, I contacted Rui using WhatsApp and they were able to contact another driver to pick us up in 5 min. Also another last minute request is that half passengers needed to be dropped off at a different hotel a few blocks away. Rui was able to accommodate this need also. They were awesome. Van was nice and fit us 8 passengers with 9 luggages plus misc bags. Booked them though Viator. Definitely would recommend them again.

Flawless and Exceptional!

Hands down the best transport we’ve ever experienced. Amy reached out to me a couple days prior, and the night before. In addition, she was monitoring our flights when the flight was delayed. She let me know that it would be no problem to change the time. She made sure to inform me of what needed to be done as far as paperwork when we landed in Singapore, as well as which bag carousel we would claim our bags. Alan was waiting right outside of baggage claim with a sign and he walked us out to the car. The large van for our family of five was cool and clean. Family Vacation

You will never find a better family company to work with. They were waiting for us promptly at the airport and on the way to our hotel told us all about Singapore, giving us recommendations and tips around the city. We loved them so much, we ended up hiring them for a private tour the next day, and they went above and beyond to accommodate our large family, even taking us to the grocery store at the end of the day to get snacks and drinks for the NYE celebration. We highly recommend! Highly!!!!

Above and beyond transfers

Both Amy and Alan were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. We ended up using them for tours in addition to transfers. They speak excellent English, had a clean and comfortable vehicle and because Alan was driving, they were able to drop us off and pick us up along with Amy at entrances and we didn't have to deal with parking in crowded locations, which was especially helpful for my mobility challenged hubby. Liked them so much, will be using them again on next trip!

Best airport transfer by far!

I HIGHLY recommend booking with Amy and Alan for your airport transfer! They are the best. They’re both so kind and really made us feel like family. We booked with them for our transfers to and from Changi Airport. Amy reached out before our arrival and provided us with clear instructions on how to meet up after our arrival. She even told us what carousel we could retrieve our luggage from when we arrived! She greeted our family with a sign and even took a picture for us so we could commemorate our first trip to Singapore! After dropping us off, Amy sent us some restaurant and activity recommendations that we greatly appreciated! We wanted to explore Changi airport on our departure date so we arranged for an earlier pickup. Amy and Alan were so accommodating and also gave us some great tips on what to explore there. When they dropped us off at Changi, they helped us get all of our luggage onto carts so we could take everything easily to the counter and check our bags. We would love to visit Singapore again and when we do, we will definitely be booking with them again!

Exceptional airport transfer for family of 4

Our family of 4 have been using airport transfers for many years in many different countries during our holiday travels. The airport arrival transfer from Singapore’s Changi Airport to our hotel in the central business district was the best we’ve ever had! Incredible service!! Very friendly! Clean vehicle! We inadvertently booked the wrong day for pickup. These wonderful people were there waiting and even stayed longer than expected waiting for us. We were unable to contact them as we were flying for over a day. When we realized our mistake, we on messaged them from our last connection asking if we could reschedule for the next night. We were not expecting that it would be possible after all they had already done for us, but when we landed they messaged us that they were there! Unbelievable costumer service! They even waited as we had to go through the whole application for the Singapore visitors pass system again . They were the highlight of a very long voyage that had been filled with one complication after another. Thank you so much!!!

Great for big groups and families!

My wife, six kids, and I arrived at Changi airport after 36 hours of travel time from the US. We were all beyond exhausted. Our driver, Alan, from Rui Transport Services, met us right as we got out of customs. We hopped right into a large, spacious, and wonderfully cool van (with boosters for our little ones). Aside from being a great driver, Alan also gave us a good overview of Singapore on our ride into Central. I highly recommend using Rui Transport Services for your transportation needs in Singapore.

Superb transfer!

I highly recommend this company! The van is immaculate with plenty of room for passengers and luggage. Our driver, Alan was great and gave us an overview of Singapore while driving from the airport to our hotel. Prior to our arrival they kept us updated with tips about arrival requirements, sent a picture of our driver & gave explicit instructions on where to meet.

Alan from RTC was at the airport waiting for us. It was a very easy transfer. He showed us the sights of Singapore on the way to our hotel and gave us helpful hints.

Awesome Transfer Company

Amy is the best! She communicated before and right after landing even reminding about the customs form and sending us a photo of our driver. We used them on the way back to the airport too and they were very prompt. I will definitely use them again for transfers and tours on my next trip to Singapore.

Best way to start a trip

After traveling for 23 hours it was wonderful having our driver waiting for us as we exited immigration with our luggage. Alan gave us a history of the island of Singapore as we traveled to our hotel. Very courteous. Clean van with the nicest driver

We were so happy with Alan last yr, that we used his van again this year. His vehicle is well maintained and clean. He is very friendly and helpful. If you are ever in Singapore, he is a must for your transportation.

Best Family-Friendly Transfer Option in SG!

Amy and Alan were brilliant and we can not recommend them more highly! We used them to / from the airport and to / from the zoo with our family and they were flexible, so lovely to deal with and very helpful with our luggage and getting in/out of the car with children. They provided a rear facing car seat for our daughter (10m old) and a front facing car seat for our son (3 yr old). Prior to travelling, I had seen many posts about Grab Family cars but their car seats are very basic and not suitable for anyone under the age of 18 months.

Alan and Amy were the best! They already had our baggage claim belt #ready and instructed us on where to go. So easy to contact and so nice. Amazing Experience! Will Definitely Use Again if I Need a Singapore Airport Transfer

I cannot recommend Alan and Amy enough! They were some of the kindest people we met on our two week trip through Singapore. I booked the airport transfer on Viator from the USA and when we landed in Singapore at 5AM, Alan was right there on time to pick us up. Everything went smoothly. The vehicle is very comfortable and spacious. It was also clean and family friendly. They provided a booster seat for my four year old son. After the initial pickup from the airport, we were so happy with the service that we ended up using them for three more transfers, because we stopped in other countries and then regrouped back to Singapore. Every experience went completely smoothly. Amy was easy to coordinate with over WhatsApp. If we return to Singapore, we will definitely try to use them again, and I have already passed on their info to another friend travelling to Singapore this month.
