The gardens are beautiful. The orchids were stunning. We also visited Sky Park Tower and saw the trees light up. Loved it

Day or Night Gardens by the Bay are a must see on any visit to Singapore

Wonderful experience and staff could not have been more helpful in sorting out the problem of Viator (via Tripadvisor) sending us tickets for the wrong date.

Amazing

You will need a day to see all the gardens, amazing experience and the domes are beautiful. The night time lights are to be a must fantastic day.

Good option but be diligent

The ticket price was good. Took a while to actually get the e-ticket, but eventually came after messaging the operator who sent the QR code via WhatsApp. The Tripadvisor barcode was not accepted at the gate. Beautiful place to visit!

A good few hours

Really lovely spot. I like the sculptures' in the gardens and there could have been some sign posts about them more often.

Gardens By The Bay - absolutely amazing!

The experience is great! If you want to be amazed - this is the place. No need to buy tickets in advance though since you are tightened to it. No long lines at the venue, and they would give you a better advice. Trip adviser is the third party, or even fourth. The information they give you when you purchase your ticket is very different from what you get at the end of the day.

Terrible instruction and tour guide commo!!

Tour guide not communicating and bad organized… arrived and waited at meeting point 15min early and didn’t see any one or the guide 30 min passing meeting time so I had to do it on my own… terrible instruction and communication

Terrific experience.

Everything regards the ticketing went smoothly and recvd the tickets on my phone as promised the day before our visit. Even though I’m not a great one for sightseeing, this was definitely worthwhile due to the terrific location, the cloud forest and tree observatory were both fantastic experiences with stunning views of the Bay Area.

Good experience

The light show was amazing and can be viewed from the ground without purchasing a ticket, it is free to see. This ticket is to go up and walk around the walkway close to the trees. Max 15 mins allowed due to the number of people waiting to go up. Preferred to be on the walkway when the light show was taking place but we were not fortunate to go up at that time. If you are scared of heights beware it is high up and we did witness people coming back down due to fear. All round good experience.

No need to buy yickets via Viator

No need to buy tickets here. I only did so because I couldn't find them on the Garden site. They had a glitch and then I bout the rest of the objectives via the garden site.

Caution. Tickets are not immediate.

Beware. This is not an instant e-ticket after purchase. After purchase you will need time to coordinate with the operator on WhatsApp to request them and wait for it. I thought it was a scam because they wanted me to WhatsApp an international number and started asked for info that I didn’t have. Asked me to wait in a very rude way and took awhile to get the tickets after calling customer service. I bought them for immediate entry to Gardens By the Bay. If you have days then sure but if you are doing it same day, use another service.

Excellent price

Excellent price for the experience. The tickets do not allow you to jump to front of line, but parks are well ran.. Buy the ticket.

“FAIL”!!

After ordering and paying for my ticket I arrived at the Brie only to find there was no ticket. I got the email but when I followed directions the ticket could not be found. The ticket office searched my phone to see if they could find it without success. Thankfully they granted me access but agreed the system had failed.

The Dome is fantastic. Well worth the visit. I would recommend this for anyone. Go at the end of the afternoon and stay for the light show.

Great experience

Easy to book and received the e tickets about an hour after booking. Very efficient and would recommend! Ignore the admission timing as the actual e.ticket does not have any timing associated so you can enter the cloud forest at any time

Beautiful place

The gardens are beautiful. It’s a really nice place to walk and the Domes and Tree Observatory really stunning.

The views from there were so impressive. It was like to seeing a city from a jungle, Although variety of flowers and different kind of statues, water lake all of them were great initiatives by management to grab attention of visitors.

Must visit attraction!

Every corner of garden offers a new surprise, it has astonishing variety of plants. It also has different sculptures and we spent whole day and still felt like there was more to see.

A truly relaxing experience !

The Super tree Grove is absolutely stunning, especially when lot up at night. Walking through Cloud Forest felt like stepping into another world, with its lush greenery and misty atmosphere.

Economical and valuable

Great family spot you can go with your kids, they'll love this place. Special thanks to RST for admission ticket. It's totally worthy in this price .

Another world

Once you get inside this unique place, you think this is not our world because of the trees and the maintenance . Admission tickets help us so much rather than we stay in lines we choose admission ticket.
