Singapore Cable Car Sky Pass Roundtrip Ticket

Ticket didn’t work and lots of hassle just to try and get a refund of what we’d paid Viator

When we tried to board to cable car we discovered one of the tickets that we’d been sent by the supplier didn’t work. As a result we had to go back to the ticket office and purchase a new ticket. I later requested a refund of the ticket that I had purchased via Viator but they only agreed to refund approximately 60% of what I had paid (presumably this was what the ticket has cost them rather than what I was charged for it), I then had to escalate the issue twice and have finally been promised the remaining amount. Overall it turned out to be a very inconvenient way of buying tickets so I’d recommend just going to the ticket office direct. The cable car itself is worth doing, a little hot but great views, it’s just a shame the ticket didn’t work and that it was so hard to just get a refund of what I’d already paid to Viator.

Worth paying a little more for a skyorb, glass bottom and no one else in cabin. Great views over the bay.

Great way to see views of Singapore.. not too busy when we went on Sunday apart from mountain Faber!! However we finished here and walked down trail to metro at harbour station. Better to go down than up!!!!!

Awesome views

We enjoyed a lot on the cable car. The view of Singapore from the cable car in the evening is great—I loved it.

Tickets never sent

Horrible experience. Tickets booked and never sent. I had to wait at venue without tickets and eventually purchased new tickets from a vendor. Waste of time Viator told me to wait. How long am I supposed to wait when I’m on vacation and at the venue.

The cable car rife itself...

The cable car rife itself is great, no information about fireworks and didn't see them. My time was 6.30pm and many things wete closed

Wonderful experience. Highly recommend this tour. I needed spending half day exploring and taking in the breathtaking views hopping from cable car to cable car

Great cable car experience in Singapore

The cable car is easy to get to via the Sentosa monorail at vivo Railway station. Getting off at Imbiah station, it is an easy walk to the entrance. The staff for friendly and the cable car has a new orb style which takes you higher across the top with great views looking both out to see and also across to the city

Great views over the Singapore skyline. Easy to use and felt very safe (even for someone who doesn't really like heights!)

Check details carefully

The actual cable car rides were very good. Not enough guidance about what was included and where these things were. Poor signage at harbour front and in sentosa island. Sentosa island itself was very disappointing. It extortionate expensive and the beach was dirty. Very poor facilities.

Fake Operator!!!!

Please do not use Wanderung Guides Private Limited.This is a waste of time. We’ve been waiting for 2hours and the operator cannot be contacted. None of the tickets they gave us works! It is saying redeemed November 14 when I purchased it on November 22. How could that be possible? We're stuck here with no tickets available for today's dates. I would give 0/10!!!!!

Glass bottom cars

Sentosa is fantastic and the cable car was really fun. Spend the extra $15 to go in the glass bottom cable car.

not amazing

not so amazing, and the other line is closed not enjoying. the payment was not worth it, the list not updated. there should be an alternative if the other line is closed for the payment to be worth it. or decrease the fee

Great views from the cable cars

Great cable car trip. Easy to use system and great views of the island. Would highly recommend as a way to get around.
