My tour of Pune was excellent. My guide was knowledgeable, spoke good English, and answered my many questions about the history, culture, religion, and people of India. The locations of the tour were ideal and places that I could never have found or understood on my own. My driver and tour guide were polite and attentive and I felt safe navigating the markets and backstreets of Pune, places that I would not have ventured into by myself. The lunch was at a traditional family-style Indian restaurant frequented by many Indian families. The waiter continuously brought food and I experienced the great foods of India. I would highly recommend this tour.

It’s my first time ever in Pune and we are so glad we picked the right service. Eventhough we had to cut short due to some personal unexpected event, our tour guide tried to organized and took us to 5 different locations and still managed to have lunch so it felt worth the money we spent. Such a lovely day touring Pune!

Ajit was a wonderful tour guide. I enjoyed all of the stops we made and appreciated that some of them were lesser known so I truly got to see sights I wouldn’t have found on my own. Ajit knows so much about the history of Pune and stories of the gods. Lunch was also absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this tour and Ajit.

Day in Pune

It was a great tour. I visited several monuments in Pune, had lunch, and drove around the city. Ajit was very interesting, explorative, and helpful. I learnt a lot about Indian Culture, traditions, and food.

We loved that the tour had a very relaxed pace. Our tour facilitator Ajit was super nice and welcoming. During the tour we learned great amount about Pune coty and it’s history. Ajit has a clear passion for history and we enjoyed listening to the stories and explanations about the architecture, history, traditions, people and religion. The lunch we had during the tour was also a pleasent experience. Ajit kindly explained to us the foods and how to eat them. The food was excellent and very filling. Fabulous Pune tour

Five senses tours did an awesome job of the Pune city tour. In just over 6 hours we saw the best things Pune had to offer. There was history, culture, fun and food. The Shaniwarwada Palace was an intriguing place with fascinating legends. We also enjoyed a quirky temple of Elephant god. The lunch organised was delicious and we could experience the local food of Pune. The whole tour was managed in clockwork precision and at the same time we met we had an enriching experience of the city, its customs and the people.

One day tour of Pune city

Pune city tour is a excellent one where we had a professional guide taking us to magnificent palaces, museums and ensuring a rich cultural experience. We visited Shaniwarwada the main palace and listened to the fascinating stories behind it. Agha Khan Palace was amazing as well as very insightful. The guide was brilliant and he made the visits to Darshan and Kelkar museums very enriching. We enjoyed the local lunch as well. Transport arrangements were impeccable and covid protocols were followed to the tee. I would suggest this tour to all visiting Pune and wanting to know more about the city,

Amazing tour of Pune

We explored the city of Pune with Five senses tours. It was a great day which began at a famous temple of Elephant God. Our guide Vishal told us about the interesting story behind building of this temple by a sweetmeat maker. We next visited a remarkable museum which gave us a good idea of the heritage of this great city. Vishal brought us to a magnificent but haunted palace! We also visited the Agha khan palace which was outstanding and Vishal told us how it played a great role in the Indian independence movement. Vishal was very knowledgeable and ensured we were well taken care of. It was easily one of the best heritage tours of any city I have ever taken anywhere in the world.

Pune city tour

The full day tour of Pune was an amazing experience. My guide vikas was fantastic and very patient as well. We visited a quirky temple dedicated to an elephant God and then a haunted fort, a local bazaar and then a palace. The local food arranged for lunch was mouth watering. I learnt a lot about Pune and its people in this tour. The entire tour was very pleasant, informative, enjoyable and I felt safe with this team. Highly recommended

Fantastic Experience

On a recent work trip I had a weekend to myself in Chakan near Pune and wanted to get out and about to see the local area. I was able to book 2 private tours for a Saturday and Sunday at very short notice and customize the content to meet my interests. On the 1st day, my guide, Vikas, and the driver arrive just before 9:30 and we managed to see everything on tour schedule as intended. He was able to answer my questions about the different locations and guide me through the bustle of down town Pune in what was a very relaxing day despite the intense heat. The included lunch was fantastic, I enjoyed very much getting to eat the proper local food, as opposed to the westernized version I get back home. Yumm. Sunday's guide Abhay was very professional through the the day taking care of my needs, answering questions and encouraging participation with the local people. We had many warm and welcoming encounters throughout the day as we toured the temples to the South of Pune. I will defiantly be looking you these guys up when I am next an India. All in, the organization and execution was fantastic. The pick up details along with name, phone number and photo of the guide made things very easy to get things underway.

Culture walk in Pune

The culture walk in pune was a great experience. Abhay took me on this tour and I had an enjoyable time. He is a local and a very passionate one. It was great to taste the local food, especially the Maharashtrian thali. The haunted fort of shaniwarwada was spooky! I also enjoyed the bazaar walk and the amazing ganesh temple built bus a sweet maker.

A story of a palace, a dargah & 2 temples

We made this tour because we wanted to visit historical site but also to be in touch with local people, and experiencing their devotion, and we found what we were lloking for. The tour was very good, our guide Vikas was very much available to assist us and to explain everything. The driver also was very good despite the tremendous traffic in Pune on Saturday! We have spent a nice day, seen wonderful places, been in touch with the real people and learnt a lot about their culture. Everything was right.

Amazing day with all the cultural experience and a fabulous guide (Vikas)

I had a great day with Vikas and his driver. They took care of everything. From guiding, to purchasing, to managing other problems druing the trip or even weeks after the trip. The cultural experience was also great: From Caps driving, visiting the tempel, going to the castel, driving Tuk Tuk ( I just can not remeber the Indian names), going to museum and to the palace and having lots of food and drinks. I really loved this tour

Great personalized tour of Pune

Vishal was a wonderful, warmhearted tour guide. My brother and I had very little time to spend in Pune and only had time in the morning before our flight for a tour. They customized an abbreviated tour for us the morning of our flight, even picking us up from the hotel. Vishal showed us a combination of religious sites (temples), historical sites (the Peshwa fort), and food sites (sweet shop), traveling by car, foot, and auto-rickshaw. My brother and I are Indian by heritage but have lived in America our whole lives and only visited India once before (when we were children). There was much we didn’t know about etiquette and history but Vishal explained to us very thoroughly and inclusively (despite our lack of knowledge). Vishal treated us as friends even more so than patrons, and even bought us sweets to take home. He was very warm to us and took joy in sharing his city. I would highly recommend their service.

Splendid Saturday viewing Pune sights

I was picked up from my hotel in Hinjawadi and taken to the fort in the middle of Pune. The day then consisted of two museums, a Temple and a Palace. I was accompanied all day by my guide and his driver. They were extremely helpful and good fun. This experience will live long in the memory and I would recommend it to anyone.

Hello Sometime back, I had taken a tour with you all. It was of course fantastic,as I was visiting old haunts and it brought back wonderful memories of a Pune gone by, but still there, and changing. During the tour, I took a slight detour to visit Dasabhuja Ganpati temple at Paud Phata. My father has a LONG association with this temple and is a great devotee of Bappa. Hence I visited it, and despite strict rules, managed to take good, hi-resolution picture of Bappa for my dad, who was / is a great devotee of Lord Shri Dasabhuja Ganapati. Unfortunately, that photo is no longer to be found. Now we have no family left in Pune. I am reaching to you to inquire whether through the course of your numerous tours, you have a good, hi-resolution picture Lord Shri Dasabhuja Ganapati at Kothrud / Paud Phata. if so, can you PM it to me please? My father is VERY aged and wishes to have a darshan of him. I am looking for any picture that is 4x6 or so. Small,good quality. Since I took your tour earlier and your company came across as very well-informed and sensitive people, I am making a request to you to see if you have any picture in your archives. The picture on TripAdvisor is NOT the Dasabhuja Ganpati at Paud. We would be VERY grateful if you are able to kindly procure any picture of Paud Ganesha for my father's sake. Five Senses Tour of Pune

This was my 8th visit to India, and 2nd to Pune. As a result of Abhay's commentary and descriptions, his answers to our endless questions, I learned a lot more about India and its culture. It was the time of the Ganesh festival, and we saw numerous temples praising Ganesh. We ate a veggie lunch in an authentic Indian restaurant (take your own water bottle), which was ample and delicious. We walked and saw Indian life and trading close up. We rode in auto rickshaws, and navigated Indian traffic. We learned to go with the flow of traffic to cross busy streets on foot. We toured the castle remains in Pune. And visited the Aga Khan Palace where Gandhi was imprisoned for 21 months. Abhay was kind enough to invite us to his home, to meet his family, and enjoy coffee. He also took us shopping, so that we could get reasonable prices - not foreigner prices. Truly a wonderful day out.
