An excellent service

As a solo female traveler it is important for me to feel save on the journey. Suren did not just took me to the agreed place but when I experienced difficulties with the local hotels he waited for me and drove me to the next one and refused to leave until I checked in safely. Neither he charged more for the extra trip nor for the waiting time. I used his service three times in the city and never was disappointed. On the last day he himself suggested an optimal route to my next destination so I do not need to return to the city. Highly recommended as a trusted tuktuk driver.

Amazing tour of Nuwara Eliya

I had an amazing tour today with Nagesh. We went to two tea plantations where tours and free tea tastings were offered. We also saw 3 beautiful waterfalls, a strawberry farm and went for a delicious Sri Lankan lunch. Along the route we stopped many times to see interesting sights and beautiful viewpoints. Nagesh is a fantastic tour guide who is so friendly and has so much knowledge of the local area and of tea production in Nuwara Eliya (his parents worked in the industry). I can’t recommend this tour enough - it is one of the best things I have done in Sri Lanka. Thank you!!

True local experience!

We were very lucky to have met Nagesh at the train station as soon as we arrived at Nuwara Eliya and booked a full day tour with him the very next day. He arranged transport for us to Horton Plains where we did the World’s End hike, and after that we did a full tour of Nuwara Eliya’s tea plantations, waterfalls, strawberry farm and many view points. Nagesh is very kind, polite and very knowledgeable. Taking a tour with him is getting a true local experience - he truly knows what he is showing you and knows the best spots to take you. We have gone on guided tours quite a few times during our current trip of Sri Lanka, and our experience with Nagesh was for sure the best one. Sincerely recommend booking one of his tours!

We had an amazing day with Nagesh. He took us to see waterfalls, even via a secret path, showed us amazing views, tea plantations, and a strawberry shop, explaining many local things. He fully satisfied our requests with his kind manners. I highly suggest spending a day with him.

We met Nagesh at the train station of Nanuoya and used his tuk tuk services to our hotel in Nuwara and the day after we did a tour in the area with him. We can definitely recommend going with him if you have the opportunity. He is friendly, takes time to explain and will you show you the interesting places in the area. On our first day in Nuwara Eliyah, Nagesh brought us from the trainstation to our hotel. Along the way het was able to convince us to book a tour with him given how passionate and knowledgeable he was about the area. Our daytour was unforgetable, largely because of Nagesh. He knows a lot of cool spots and hidden gems and likes to inform you about them. He truly enjoys them with you instead of waiting for you when you are done. After 12 days of travelling in Sri Lanka, Nagesh is by far the best guide we had. We highly recommend booking a tour with Nagesh!!!

An amazing tour guide

One of the best experience that I have had in Sri Lanka right now thanks to Nagesh. He was our tuk-tuk driver and tour guide in Nugara Eliya and it has been really a pleasure to have this experience with him. Hi people! I’m telling you my wonderfull experience with Nagesh in Nuwara Eliya. He is the kindest man you can meet round here… He shows me amazing places like Ranboda falls and many other water falls near Nuwara explaining all the details about them… i’ve been in 2 tea factories and tasted delicious tea cups and walk around tea plantations… he tell me all about the historical buildings and places in the town and also takes me to a cheap tea shop to buy some presents… So i can only say good words about him and the tour experience, it’s been amazing and a big pleasure to meet him!! Highly recommended tour to see everything in one day

Nagesh picked me up at the train station to bring me to my hostel and showed me his cute book with all the reviews he collected in the last years. And I have to say that I agreed to the day tour because you see everything in one day. He explains you a lot of things and brings you on the tour also to the nicest view points (expect the waterfalls and tea plants of course). In my hostel they offered same tour for same price but girls told me they had a horrible tour, where they got explained nothing and where just at a view point where u can see 5 waterfalls from and not really at the waterfalls like me. So I can highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I, who left this country at a young age, decided to come back together to discover the south. To begin with, we visited two villages with guides, but always with the fear of being ripped off. The third stop was Nuwara Eliya, with an exceptional and kind guide. This city immediately seduced me as soon as I set foot here. We were accompanied by Surendran Sir, who brought us his knowledge of various plants, the history of the village and the people, especially in the plantations, with all the important details that I did not know. He is a very invested guide in his work, and it is felt. He is very friendly and patient. He advises us and warns us of tourist traps to avoid us getting ripped off, and also recommends good quality and affordable restaurants. I will return next year, but this time to live and feel the life of this village that attracted me so much. I thank Surendran very much Sir; I leave with a very valuable knowledge. Gaya

Great tour!

Nagesh took us from the train station to the hostel. We weren't planning on doing a tour until we got his booklet. The booklet contained all kinds of stories from travelers who had done a tour with him. He picked us up from the hostel on time the next morning and spent the day showing us nice places and telling us nice stories. He is a good driver, who drives safely! I definitely recommend taking a tour with him! He doesn't go to places where you have to pay a lot of entrance fees, but to places where you don't have to :)

We participated in a 1-day tour. Thanks to Suren, we were able to spend a very fulfilling day! We had a lot to see, including a temple, tea factory, viewpoint, strawberry shop, and waterfall. He told us a lot about the Nanu Oya area, and we were able to have experiences that we would not have been able to have had on our own! He was very gentlemanly and answered our questions sincerely. He thought about what would make us happy, saying, "If you're happy, I'm happy too." He also came to pick us up from the hotel to the station on the day of our travel, and we used his services.
