Pretty Good Tour

We got to Agra from Dehli quite efficiently with the Indian Railways express train.. At Agra we were met by the Tour manger, Faizan Ali and driver, Salam. Both were very friendly and helpful. Faizan spoke English very well and was very knowlegable of the histoy of the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. He took some mavalous photos of us. Faizan and Salam represented Viator well.

Fabulous day with Nabeel in Agra.

Well organised day trip

This was a very well organised trip, executed by the operator very well. We were collected on time from our hotel, driven to the station and accompanied by the driver onto our carriage as promised. On arrival at Agra station, we were swiftly connected with our guide Ali who accompanied us for the whole day to the Taj Mahal and fort, and saw us safely back on the train back to Delhi. Ali was very knowledgeable and gave us an entertaining and memorable experience. We learnt a lot from him and he ensured our safety and comfort throughout the day. We would be happy to recommend Pioneer who run the trip and Ali as a good tour guide.

Excellent day trip with Adil

We had an amazing with Adil Khan on the Taj Mahal Day tour. That whole day was very well organised from our pick up at our hotel to the drop off back at Agra station at the end of the day. Great day, seamless from pick up to drop off

The whole trip from start to finish was very very well organised, which is exactly what we were looking for as to young females in Delhi/agra. Train service is a much better option than the long drive. Khalid Ali was great, picked us up straight as we walked of the carriage off the carriage, very friendly & knowledgeable, with a lot of experience, he made sure we were safe the whole day (and good at taking photos!) . Would recommend this to anyone that is looking to get to Agra from Delhi

Tourist visit to Agra and Taj Mahal

Zohaib Mairaj was our guide for a visit to Agra including the Taj Mahal. Helped by his driver Guddu we found them both very welcoming and helpful. Zohaib is very knowledable about the history of this wonderful city as well as the different peoples and local artisans. He was therefore able to explained many things to us in an easy and understandble way.

Nice day trip to Taj Mahal, perfect to-do when transit via the Delhi airport

This Taj Mahal day tour is very well organized, my family of 4 truly enjoyed it. We have 23 hours transfer in Delhi airport, and this tour is perfect to see one of the seven wonders. Our flight arrived airport at 3am, Arim promptly picked us up from the airport at 6:30am. Tour operator provided Arim's Whatsapp, so he was easy to reach. Arim sent us to the train station and put us at the seats. He also took photos to ensure the tour guide, Zohaib, know what we look like. Zohaib was waiting at the platform when we arrived at Agra station. He guided us thru out the trip. He is patient and knowledgeable. We enjoyed his accompany. Lunch at Double Tree by Hilton, very nice hotel and buffet has good variety of western and Indian food, very clean. The return train was delayed by 1 hour, Zohaib tracked the train and took us to a cafe instead of waiting at the train station. We arrived at Delhi station 8:30pm, and by 9:30pm we arrived at the airport. The train delay was ok since our flight was 2am. We were told the train was delayed 3 hours the day before, so the people ended up hiring the same tour driver to send them back to Delhi (3-4 hours drive). In summary, we enjoyed this private tour, time can be flexible and structure to your own needs, food and water was plenty and clean. We were worries about Travellers' Diarrhea, but none of my family has any problem. The transition between pickup and drop off was seamless and effortless. Train can be delayed, so good to know there is a plan B even though you have to pay extra. We will recommend this tour. Side note, if you are reading this far and transit via the Delhi airport like us, i hope this will be helpful: 1. once exit the arrival hall, you cannot go back in. 2. departure hall only allow passengers to get in 6 hours prior to flight time. 3. there is a "left luggage" facility in the Metro building of T3 which opens 24/7, we spent an hour looking for it since people were telling us different directions. 4. the security check is very cumbersome for electronics, all computers, ipads, power banks, and even charging cables need to be taken out, ensure plenty of time to go thru security.

We had an amazing tour guide, Harsh, who was very knowledgeable and efficient with his planned routes throughout the Taj Mahal. We learned so much and had a lot of fun. Harsh is also very good at taking photos! We enjoyed a quick stop at Agra Marble Emporium where we got to see the artisans at work and they gave a good sales pitch to buy their beautiful works of art. We were able to pay by card and they shipped us our table we bought. The prices were comparable to other hand crafted works of art and we're of very high quality. Overall a great experience, will be coming back to India some day and will tour with them again!

What a marvelous experience from start to finish! From our punctual, courteous drivers to our knowledgeable tour guide, our family of four was able to focus exclusively on soaking in the art and history. Zohaib knew all the best places for photos, ways to smoothly navigate the crowds, and fascinating details about the Taj Mahal and Agrafort. We never felt rushed and always got our questions answered. Seeing how the marble inlay is created was a bonus, and the fort is worth going into! A great tour, especially if you also go to Humayun's Tomb in Delhi.

Amazing day trip to Agra from Delhi!

We had a wonderful day tour of the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and Baby Taj with our great guide, Shan. Ali was a great guide! He had answers to all of our questions, got us in and out of everywhere really quickly and smoothly. It was crowded at a lot of places but he knew the best spots to take pictures and avoid people as best as possible.

Amazing and smooth experience touring Agra

Amazing tour of the Taj Mahal. Extremely convenient – picked us up and walked us directly to our seats in the train, and then our guide (Faizan Hussain) was right outside the train to pick us up as soon as we arrived. Faizan was very informative, got us in very quickly, and even helped arrange a photographer to take some amazing pictures of us. Could not recommend him enough as a guide, and the entire process with this tour was super smooth – they were also happy to help with some modifications we requested – would highly recommend it to anyone considering a Taj Mahal tour. The driver (Ali) was also very nice, a great driver, and his car was very clean and stocked with snacks and water.

The tour was very convenient and efficient. Shaan was very informative and gave good hospitality during my tour. And the driver was also very kind during the drive.

Organized and enjoyable

The tour was perfect - well organized and well executed. Everything was very clearly communicated from beginning to end. Our drivers (Arun in Delhi and Amir in Agra) were on time and ready for us as soon as we were ready, which is an amazing feat in the traffic in Delhi and Agra! Our tour guide, Shaan, was very knowledgeable, a lot of fun, and made the experience even better. In addition to his knowledge of the local history, he also knew the ways to move in and out of monuments that minimized waiting and crowds. He was also great at finding places for the best photos despite the crowds. If he decides to leave being a tour guide, he has a promising future as a photographer!

Seamless door to door tour

The trip was great from start to finish. My driver Habbib picked me up on time at my hotel and dropped me off to not only my train station but escorted me to my seat on the train to ensure that I was on the correct one. Once I got to the Agra station my guide, Shan, picked me up from the platform. He was a great! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and knew all of the short cuts and spots to take the best photo (which he graciously volunteered to take). I also appreciated my driver, Salman, who was always nearby to take me to all of the site. I was on the fence about this tour but now I highly recommend it given the seamless door to door service and guide.

While we started our journey in New Delhi, a driver picked us up from our hotel and escorted us to the express train to Agra. The booking process through Viator was seamless and stress-free. It was our only day in Agra, but thanks to Nabeel, we were able to visit the Taj Mahal, experience the charm of Agra, and return to New Delhi completely fulfilled. Had the perfect day out with Faizan, explored the Taj Mahal and Agra fort, Faizan was very helpful and full of knowledge about the sights. Very happy with my day and an experience you have to do! Brilliant tour!

Faizan Hussain was our tour guide and he did a really brilliant job. Notably his explanation skills were brilliant - he answered all of our many questions on numerous topics - most of which were not related to the Taj Mahal - he was very forthcoming and honest and clearly had very good knowledge! The pictures he took of us were absolutely brilliant - he really advocated for us on a very busy day and helped us to find the right spot for the best pictures. The driver was also fantastic and we were extremely safe and well looked after.

A great, comfortable and hassle-free round trip from Delhi to Agra/ Taj Mahal

I had an outstanding experience with Ali Zaif as my tour guide and Sachin as the driver. Ali was very friendly, knowledgable, and accomodating. He when out of this way to ensure my needs were met and was very proactive and willing to take photos for me. Sachin was also very hospitable who gave me a very warm welcome to Agra. Can’t say enough about this tour and the team we had: Outstanding Service with Shaan (Tour Guide), Vijay (Driver in Delhi) and Shahid (Driver in Agra). It felt like white glove service from the pick-up at the hotel (Vijay) with transfer to the railway station, support in finding the train and being led to our seats, being picked up by the guide from the platform (Shaan), garlanded by the driver (Shahid) and then the tour itself, we felt very supported. Shaan is exceptionally detail-oriented, keeping our safety and experience at the core. He took us to the Taj right away and that was the best call. We got to skip a few lines, he kept his eye on the growing crowd, and was exceptionally knowledgeable. We then had an exceptional buffet lunch at the Hilton Doubletree and then headed to the Red Fort. Shaan knew all the angles for the best pictures, was filled with humor, and exceptionally attentive to how we were feeling. Shahid was an expert at getting as close to where we needed to be picked up so that we weren’t taken up with the crowds. The coordination between the three was top notch and we couldn’t have asked for a better combination of service providers on this tour. We will definitely be back and hitting Shaan up for another tour.
