Round Trip Taxi Transfer - Heathrow Airport to & From London

It was great!

Both transfers from Heathrow to Novotel London West and back to the airport were great. Good rates You kept in touch with us through Whatsapp with any changes. Your drivers Guiliano and Waley were great. They were on time and willing to help, as well as good drivers. They could not have been better. It only took 30 minutes to get from the hotel to Heathrow. That gave us plenty of time to have a very smooth check in. We would certainly use you again next time we are in the UK.

Absolutely excellent service for an excellent price

I used MinicabRide for a 2 way journey from Heathrow to my home in London. The journey to the airport was faultless. The driver came on time and lugged the luggage even though one was particularly heavy. He then drove extremely efficiently (getting to the airport ahead of time) and drove extremely faultlessly and calmly despite the traffic on the M25. The return journey was equally a professional service and actually they were extremely patient and understanding as baggage reclaim took a little longer than expected and waited and communicated via phone and WhatsApp. Once again, the drive was extremely professional, courteous and the journey was extremely comfortable. Once again the driver helped load and unload the luggage. With all the above it’s also worth noting they were one of the best priced services so there was no compromise in the service. Absolute excellent company and would definitely use again for any pre-booked taxi journeys.

Late - TWICE

After reaching out to the company 2 days before our scheduled pick up to confirm the time, the driver still showed up more than 20 minutes late. When they weren't there at our scheduled time, I called. Surprisingly, someone actually picked up the main line at 4:30 am. I was told they'd call me back. Never did, so I called them again where they told me he was on the way. Waiting, waiting. Called again - I was told he'd be there in 5 minutes. That 20 minute delay nearly cost us our flight. Driver was also late picking us up from the airport. I was giving them benefit of the doubt on that one as they communicated clearly and often to us the reasons for the delay. But after our experience back to the airport, I'm no longer giving them the benefit.

Efficient & Punctual airport transfer from Heathrow airport

Used the service for round trip transfer from Heathrow airport. There was a flight delay & Immigration at Heathrow took much longer than expected. The driver waited for about 2 hrs from the ETA and then left without picking us up. In fact we missed it by just a couple of minutes and the agency could not arrange any other backup as well, which was disappointing. There were no such issues during the drop to the airport. The driver was punctual, helpful & friendly. Irrespective of the pickup experience (would blame Heathrow for it), I would recommend Minicabride for airport transfers in London.

Excellent service - family (infant carseat)

The driver was amazing! Was very punctual, communicative, helpful, kind, and went out of his way to make our journey easy. He even provided a clean, safe infant car seat for our 6-month -old baby. Would highly recommend this service to anyone and we will definitely use for all our trips ahead!

Timely airport transfer with extra-special service

The MiniCabRide drivers turned up in good time and our trips both to and fro Heathrow airport were smooth and timely. We were also very well supported in taking our luggage as well as a wheelchair. On our return we were delayed in baggage retrieval by both slow arrival of bags and then some damage to our wheelchair that we reported to the airline. The driver not only waited patiently, but actually proactively fixed the wheelchair for us!

The first ride was...

The first ride was awesome and would highly recommend. The second ride was awful. the car was VERY dirty, inside and out, the man was rude and kept saying that we didnt pay for the correct terminal at LHR and that really, he shouldnt take us at all. Even though in the purchase of this, we were never asked for our terminal (only flight number) and the confirmation calls never asked for the terminal either. Then, we went about 20 miles per hour only until the man got in a road war with a BMW then it was fast and the furious until they separated exits, then it was back to 10 miles per hour. Additionally, the entire 50 minute trip, he kept reminding us that we should be paying more and that we should be tipping him. He said it no less than 6 times and was very rude. Again, our initial ride was awesome I am just hoping no one else gets this second guy.

Great service. Highly recommend. Our return flight into Heathrow was delayed and our bags took a long time to come through so our driver was waiting a while. We were able to be in contact via text and there was no extra charge for our late arrival. The mini van was smart, clean and comfortable and had plenty of room for us and the bags. Worst company. Totally irresponsible and rude

Worst service. Sent smaller car than confirmed in the booking. Didn’t take any responsibility and was trying to blame us for having oversized luggage (even though our luggage are all standard size and was all mentioned in the booking). Even instructed the driver to ditch us because the car wasn’t fitting.

Convenient experience getting to the airport

The driver was very friendly and had excellent driving skills. Because it was Christmas, all public transportation in London was closed, but thanks to this service, I got to the airport safely.

Great service. Driver was 15 mins early, very helpful and friendly and got us to Heathrow in plenty of time. We travelled christmas day so I was a bit worried about getting a taxi for 6 with suitcases but we had a mini cab for 8 and it was perfect.

Have used this company a few times now and always been happy with their services. Easy to communicate with them on the day of airport pickup which is important for me as I have used their services to pick up my parents from Heathrow. Ask the right questions

Driver was excellent, although he took a while to find us at the airport. We ordered seating for five, but did not expect two seat were backward facing. Several in family have severe issues with car sickness…

Wonderful cab experience!

I was going to have a trip from the Heathrow Airport to my hotel in London. Our plane landed on time but had some issues while we were on the runway. I was worried that the cab driver was going to leave already, but didn't! He was very nice to wait for me and gave a lovely chat while on the trip. It's a lovely experience on my end!
