Airport transfer

Very reliable and professional drivers. Super polite. Waited for us for over 10 minutes past the time we were supposed to be there.

Good service but adequate vehicle

The driver was punctual and professional. However, Tesla model 3s should not be used for journeys advertised to accommodate 3 passengers and 2 suitcases. It was a cramped journey with our suitcases in the backseat.

A nerve wracking transfer

Driver was obviously tired and drove erratically. Car clean but seems the brakes were worn as seemed to pull when applied. I felt unsafe for a significant part of the drive asking the driver if he wanted to stop and get a coffee and some fresh air.

Excellent service

Pre-booked transfer from LHR to home in Hampshire. Really great service - handled my incompetence using the website and app very deftly! We had a last minute change to our flights (brought forwards 4hrs) and they were able to rearrange the booking via WhatsApp for us. Grisha was great and very patient while we stocked up with Coffee on arrival. Very embarrassed that we only had a fiver with which to tip, as he deserved better...

Great service and friendly driver

Great service for a group booking with a lot of luggage! I would highly recommend using this company. We were met at airport efficiently, the driver was really kind and helped with our suitcases. We had multiple drop offs, and the driver even helped to carry one of the passengers suitcases up the 2 flights of stairs up to their flat. We can’t thank him enough for his helpful and friendly service, especially after a long haul flight!!

Best experience with Tesla Driver

This was the best drive in my life: not only was it my first time in Tesla, the driver was super attentive and pleasant! He met me at the arrivals lounge and offered water in the car. He was attentive to my every need. Unfortunately I do not remember his name, but he deserves a higher rating for his services

This definitely was a trip of 2 halves... the first one, my pick up to Heathrow was relatively early on a Saturday morning; just happened to be the day the M25 was closed and the route I would normally take to Heathrow, so I'd booked it to leave a little earlier in case we were held up with traffic. The traffic, however, was great and so was the conversation... very friendly, polite and relaxing. In direct contrast to the pick up from Heathrow the following week. It was difficult having any kind of conversation; I tried on a couple of occasions but after 8 hours on a flight and a longer than anticipated journey to the airport prior to my flight I was a little short on energy... so just gave up trying to make conversation. I booked based on reviews... and in terms of the drivers being on time, the ease of booking, the app, the payment being taken only the day before the journey... yes I like how easy it was. So, on balance although still undecided, based on the booking experience and my first journey, I've booked again for another trip in May, so fingers crossed.

Good experience. Adrian, the pick up driver was polite and friendly. Responded with updates on his status promptly when I arrived an hour before pick up time. Will be using Umbrella Transfers again for reliable and competitive rates.

Until better driver quality control, not recommended.

The driver was late by 15 min. And then made mistakes and arrived at decimation by 45 min late. Also seems sleepy as the car went dashing and braking all the time. The live tracking did not work at all.

We were very pleased with our trip from Heathrow to Gatwick. The driver was courteous, helpful, and very professional. We skirted disaster by just squeezing thru before the M25 was shut down for planned maintenance on our route. We would definitely use the service again.

Very smooth and reliable London airport transfer

Umbrella transfers were really good from booking until arrival at destination. Because of cancelled flights we had to rebook at short notice and so I had to arrange a transfer from Heathrow to London City Airport with less than 24 hours notice. Other transfer companies couldn't do that online and their phone lines were closed but Umbrella transfers took the booking and called me immediately to confirm. When they couldn't get through they used Whatsapp to reach me. The Umbrella Transfers app and online payment worked very smoothly and we got our driver's details and meeting point details quickly. He was in touch when we had landed and was waiting in the meeting place and was polite and friendly. The journey was smooth and comfortable in a clean car and was a similar price to other companies. All in all an excellent service
